EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Giordano is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If
you are not completely satisfied with any product, please exchange/refund it at
any Giordano stores in your country.
Terms
& Conditions
All items must be returned new, unused, and
with all Giordano and garment hangtags still attached.
- Giordano
will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as
underwear, socks, and innerwear), items marked “not refundable” or “not
exchangeable”, and things being soiled or damaged (such as size altered,
washed, or worn garment, leather being oiled, etc.)
- Items
cannot be partially returned if the order included gifts or items that
were bought as a bundle. If you return only parts of a bundle, the return
is considered incomplete and cannot be processed until the remaining gifts
or bundled items are also returned. If the gift item has been unpacked or
used, other items in the order can be exchanged, but not refunded.
- Giordano
will not refund or exchange the items if it's worn or washed.
- If the
stocks are not available due to some technical glitch online and only a
few items are available online so out of stock items will be canceled and
money will be refunded.
- Please
note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice. Returns without an
invoice will be denied.
- Regarding
exchanges (International), you will need to bear the one-way courier fee
for sending the item(s) to our office. Goods returned to you will be sent
using our complimentary courier service.
- If the
product is not available, then a full refund will be made to the customer.
The appropriate amount will be credited back to the card account within 14
working days.
- Merchandise
can be exchanged within the same styles without paying but if the items
are different than what you have purchased then must pay the balance
amount of the product.
- No refund on Sale items but can be exchanged for the size of the same item in the stores.
- Due to promotional activity, prices you see online may differ from those in our stores.
- Any
Exchange and refund can be done through only stores in the UAE.
- For a
Partial Refund, if the total invoice value is less than 150 AED (after
refund) then the shipping charges will be deducted as 15 AED
- Any
Giordano Retail store in the United Arab Emirates will gladly assist you
in returning or exchanging unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase
at the original selling price provided the merchandise is returned with a
Receipt and Merchandise Tag; Merchandise exchanged after 30 days will be
at the current selling price, provided it is not used, washed, or altered.
- FOR
HYGIENIC REASONS ALL SALES OF UNDERWEAR AND INNER GARMENTS ARE FINAL,
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED
- Giordano
has the right to cancel any order if the item's prices are updated wrongly
& if the customer has received the wrong item.
- We do monitor the number of exchanges made by
customers and repeated exchanges will be flagged and
potentially refused at our discretion.
Receiving
a Refund
Your refund will be processed based on the original payment method used for your purchase. The refund process will take approximately 14 working days to complete, although the processing time may vary subject to the means of payment and the third-party payment providers involved.
Colors
As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.
Repeated
Returns & Exchange
We do monitor the number of returns &
exchanges made by customers and repeated returns &
exchanges will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
